Our comprehensive Survey (which uses an 80 point
check list) covers an inspection of
Domestic Services (cold
water supplies to the storage tank, taps, toilets,
overflows, drains etc.) and
Heating Services (all forms of heating
appliances and accessories such as immersion tank,
radiators, fires etc.). It provides a 'safety score'
for faults and indicates the cost of remedial work
by a suitably qualified heating and plumbing
contractor.
Our Survey can quickly identify if any below
standard works have been carried out and
particularly assesses whether any DIY workmanship is
evident. Experience shows that these types of
installation are UNSAFE and can cost hundreds of
pounds to put right.
If you are a homebuyer the clear message here is to
know exactly what you are buying! More often than
not, buyers only learn of problems once they move
in.
The Survey is clearly written and offers sensible
advice in a non-technical manner.
